Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Delivery times:

• Giclee paper paper prints will be shipped within 3 business days.
• Canvas Prints will be shipped within 7 business days.
• Custom Portraits - on average, it takes 4-12 weeks from the time your photo reference and payment have been received.

Australian Shipping Rates:

• Standard shipping is calculated by weight (Between $2.00 - $20.00).
• Express post has a flat rate of $20.00 per order (best used for tracking parcel)

International shipping Rates:

• New Zealand Standard shipping has a flat rate of $35
• USA and Canada Standard shipping has a flat rate of $70
• UK and Ireland Standard shipping has a flat rate of $60
• All other destinations will need to enquire via email to the artist first to confirm shipping cost (info.pawfectportraits@gmail.com)

Returns

You have seven days from the time you receive an artwork to decide if you’d like to return it.

If you decide to return your piece, simply let us know via email. Upon processing your return, we’ll issue a full refund for your purchase.

Return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.
