  • What types of pets can you paint?
    I specialise in painting portraits of dogs and cats, but if you have a unique pet, just let me know!
  • How do I place a commission/custom painting order?
    To place an order, you can visit my website, choose a commission style that is offered. Fill in the prompts, sign the contract and email the picture you would like to be painted. I will then send through 2 emails: 1. A payment confirmation email 2. An email when the photo reference is sent
  • What do you need from me to create the portrait?
    I require high-quality photos of your pet. The more detailed and clear the photos, the better the portrait will turn out.
  • What sizes are available for the portraits?
    I offer two sizes 20 x 20cm and 30x30cm directly on the website. Or you can email me about larger custom sizes, and we can even discuss your specific preferences via a zoom appointment.
  • How long will it take to complete my portrait?
    The timeline depends on the complexity of the artwork and the artists schedule. On average, it takes 4-12 weeks from the time your photo reference and payment have been received.
  • Do you offer framing services?
    Yes, for an additional fee. You can choose from a variety of frame styles and finishes to complement your portrait.
  • What is your return or refund policy for Commission/Custom painting?
    Due to the custom nature of the work, I do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with the portrait that is due to my error, I will work with you to make it right.
  • What materials do you use for the paintings?
    I use high-quality, professional-grade acrylics paint on canvas to ensure a vibrant and long-lasting portrait.
  • What is your return policy for fine art prints and other products?
    I accept returns within 7 days of receiving product. The artwork or product must be in its original condition and packaging. For more details, please refer to our return policy on our website.
  • How can I make a purchase?
    You can make a purchase directly through my website, visit my physical studio (via appointment), Facebook, instagram, or via email for personalised assistance.
  • Can I request a certificate of authenticity for a piece of art?
    Yes, we provide certificates of authenticity for all original artworks.
  • Do you offer shipping?
    Yes, we offer shipping for both domestic and international orders. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of the artwork.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Please check our payment options at checkout for details.
  • How much does a commissioned artwork cost?
    Commission paintings start at $100 (please refer to website for more prices)
  • What is the payment process for commissions?
    Full payment will be required when placing your order.

  • Can I make changes to the artwork once it’s started?
    Minor adjustments can usually be made during the early stages of the commission. Significant changes may require additional fees or adjustments to the timeline.
  • Can I see progress updates during the commission process?
    Yes, I provide timelapses of the painting and require your feedback at the end to ensure the final piece meets your expectations.
  • What happens if I’m not satisfied with the final artwork?
    I strive to ensure you’re happy with the final piece. If there are concerns, please discuss them with me, and I will work to address them as best as possible. Revisions may be made within the scope of the original agreement.
